Suite 13 is a trading name of Paul Bromilow, 5 Ringside Court, Poplar Place, London SE18 8GS, United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email support@suite13.app. We are the data controller for your account details; for your shop and buyer data we act on your behalf.

What we keep

• Your account: email address, sign-in (handled by our sign-in provider, Supabase) and the date you accepted these terms.
• Your shop connection: Etsy access tokens, encrypted in transit and kept on our servers, never shown in your browser. You can disconnect at any time.
• Your work: templates, settings, design files and finished mockups (design files and batches are deleted after 7 days).
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What we read from Etsy

Only what the features you use need, through Etsy’s official API and with your permission: your shop profile, your listings (to copy their setup and create drafts), your orders and shipments (order number, items, the buyer’s name, town, postcode and country, carrier and tracking number – for delivery tracking and check-in reminders), and your shop’s statistics (for the dashboard). We don’t ask Etsy for buyers’ email addresses. Shop and listing data is refreshed from Etsy rather than kept long-term; order details are deleted 90 days after the parcel was posted.

What we do with it

Only what you ask the app to do: make listings and drafts in your shop, send print files to your printer if you connect one, track deliveries and send you alerts. We never contact your buyers, never sell or share your data or your buyers’ data, and never use Etsy data or your artwork to train AI models.

Emails

We send a welcome email, a few getting-started tips in your first week, a reminder before a free preview ends, and a monthly summary of your shop’s numbers (worked out from your own dashboard and sent only to you). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can choose which you get on the Account tab. We don’t send marketing from other companies.

Services we use

• Netlify – hosting and storage (EU/US data centres)
• Supabase – sign-in
• Stripe – payments
• Etsy – your shop, through its API
• Replicate – AI design reads and room photos (a preview of your design is sent; no buyer data)
• PrintShrimp – print files, only if you connect it
• Resend – sending our emails to you (your email address and the email itself; EU region)
• Cloudflare R2 – a temporary stop for design files while they upload (removed straight after, and always within 7 days)
• Cloudflare Web Analytics – anonymous visit counts for this website (no cookies, nothing that identifies you)
• Ship24 – delivery tracking (only the tracking number, posting date, and destination country and postcode are sent)
• Xero or QuickBooks – only if you connect one: read-only access to your Profit & Loss report and chart of accounts, to show your real overheads. Nothing is ever written to your books, and you can disconnect at any time

Sharing with a mentor

If you choose to share your progress with a mentor or coach who is a Suite 13 partner, they see a summary of your shop’s numbers: orders, views, conversion and margin for recent periods, how many listings you have and how many need work, and days since your last sale. Money amounts are only included if you tick that box. Buyers, order details, messages, your designs and accounting data are never shared. You can stop sharing at any time from the Account tab, and your mentor loses access straight away.

Keeping it safe

Everything travels over HTTPS; keys and tokens live only on the server; every request is checked against your sign-in. If we ever discover a security breach affecting your data or your buyers’ data, we’ll tell you (and Etsy, where Etsy data is involved) within 24 hours.

Your choices

You can disconnect Etsy at any time from the Etsy tab, which stops all access straight away. You can also revoke access from your Etsy account settings. Email support@suite13.app to export or delete your data or close your account – we’ll do it within 30 days.
